NPS-10 Freeze
Dear Mr. and Mrs,



we frequently use your products as part of our professional workflow during our productions. A few weeks ago we had a problem with our newest device, an NPS-10. We used it in combination with a SanDisk Ultra 3D SSD 1TB to back up a 512GB SanDisk Extreme PRO CFexpress Card. After fully backing up, the device locked itself and didn't respond to any pressing of buttons. The screen displayed "CFast - Detected Parsing...". We didn't find any solution in your manual of how to reset the NPS-10 or shut it down. We finally ended up, just leaving it to itself for the night, until the battery was drained. Powering it up the next morning, everything was normal again and the files were fine.



Can you tell us a solution to what happened and how to reset or shut down the device, if this "blockade" happens to us again?
