Our NEXTO DI 4K Bridge has been giving us trouble. The cards wouldn't offload on the first go around. The card would almost finish offload and then it would say "User Canceled". The device was sitting on the table, untouched and plugged in. I reseated the drives and restarted the system that seemed to help. The fan was also kicking on high, seemed like it was working overtime. I also had some high pitched ringing while I was offloading a couple of the cards.
