What is the model number and firmware version of your unit?

If not, please update your firmware and test again.
The 0x00030032 error related to the file system, i.e., NX_FS_NO_ENTRY.
That can happen if the file system broken because of improper disk removal after connecting to the computer.

Easiest way is formatting your Nexto, but that will erase every files in Nexto, so make sure backup your data to another disk before formatting Nexto.
