I was told that the NPS-10 would read files from a Canon 5D MIV. My unit does not read the photos. I suspect I need to download a firmware update. I can not find out where to find the firmware. Could you provide the website where all of us could load up any firmware updates?
Supporting preview of CR3 file is not available now. It will be available at later firmware.
Once we have done, it will be available from Download menu of support tab.
