NEXTO DI STORAGE BRIDGE + FAST TRANSFER FAILED USING USB 3.0 EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE
Hi NeXTO DI,

we are currently testing our units and found that both our new unit can't transfer to our external usb 3.0 HDD but we can transfer on usb 2.0 external HDD

error message: ' Fast transfer failed'

can you help us resolve this issue.

Hi NEXTO DI,

We have resolved the issue we disassembled our external hard drive and found that our Western Digital Scorpio is set RPS (Reduced Power Spinup) and made it default by removing the jumper pin.

Please Zip and send us the NSBLOG folder which is located on the root folder of your USB storage and the bridge pellet used together with that USB drive.
And inform us the error code on the LCD of NSB-25.
Actually we don't have error message "Fast transfer failed".
