One of my NVS2801 detect a SD card while the HDD is empty
(I have made the swap with a new SSD) and then block withe an unknows device message.
How can I make a hard reset?

Cannot understand well on the question.
Is this means
1. Power on NVS2801 with SSD installed in it.
2. Then you see [SD detected] message on the LCD, but it is showing 'unknown device' after a while?
Anyway, whatever the reason, if the NVS2801 freeze, you can push the power button(NOT the jog button) for more than 8 sec to turn the power off.
