ND2901 cannot detect WD (My Passport ultra 500GB)
Hi, I bought a new ND2901 and tried to connect a USB drive - but that ND2901 does not recognize my drive (WD: My Passport Ultra, 500GB).

First, there was "usb-failure" (my Drive was NTSF-formatted)
After I formatted to exfat and plug in to ND, there is nothing. After a while the ND automatically switches off.

What can i do?

Did you plug in 5V AC power adapter to ND2901?
Because, When you attach an external USB device (USB drive or memory card reader) to the ND2901, the AC Power Adapter should be plugged into the ND2901.
