Unsupported File format
Hello I have a NEXTO NVS1501 with firmware 1.53
When ever I try to back up MTS files with it I get error
UNSUPORTED FILE FORMAT

Is there a firmware update for the NVS1503?

which camera do you use?
if the memory card is formatted unsupported file system,
the error is shown.
