I've purchased a nextodi photo, I have one HDD about 500GB that doesn't work.

20AC means that ERR_NO_HDD.
and 20AD means that ERR_HDD_FMT_FAIL.

both errors are caused by defective HDD connection.
can be defective HDD or can be defective our product.

if the error also is happened with brand new HDD,
the cause could be defective our product.

please contact the seller and get help.

Hello,

I've checked with almost 4 HD (two of them just buyed) the other two were from netbooks.

I've buy the nextodi in Spain.
