ND2700 fail to power on, help!
My ND2700 fails to power on. If I plug the ND2700 to USB power, the power button turns red, but pressing the power button does not switch on the device (no green light on the power button). In fact, pressing the power button makes the red light goes off, and the red light comes back on when I release the power button.

Is this indicative that the battery has failed, or that the device has failed?

It could be caused by defective power switch or Battery.

If the cause is from Battery, please connect the unit to AC adapter
(not USB connection.)

or it cased by defective switch, you have to contact to a distributor in your country for RMA.
