What do you have model?

If you have ND2700 or ND2730 then you need the 9.5mm SATA 2.5 inches HDD for laptop.

We would recommend Seagate or Hitachi drives.

You can use both 7200 rpm and 5400 rpm hard disk drive.

But If you used the 7200 rpm hard disk drive then the device battery will die faster than 5400rpm hard disk drive.
