Dear Ziv Tal

yes. now NVS series doesn't support a folder copying to external HDD. (only supports 'Sync' mode)

We will suggest your opinion(idea) to R&D.

Thank you

Why the R&D do not see this option necessary? I bought this device to save backups and copy card, When I give an a freelancer service to another video photographer and he bring HDD I would like to copy to him only the materials that belong to him, without copying all internal HDD content (to him HDD)...

The missing "folder copy to ext. HDD" make me to delete internal HDD everytime before another work...

I offer you think again about folder copy to external HDD, really necessary function.

Some of my friends (video photographers) saw the device and they decided not to buy because this function is missing, All of them give an freelancer services to another and thought to use NVS2500 to backup and copy folders to external HDD... In that way they saving money on buying alot of memory cards and copy the materials to owner (job owner) directly to him HDD at end of the work day.

Just be honest I'd think twice whether to buy the device without this option, this option is so much more necessary from the option "Copy to CF/SD/MS".
