I am able to get the 'FW Update' message on the LCD screen, but when I release the Reset button and click on 'EndUser', I get the error message "No Device Connect ! Please plug the device into USB port and run again!"
The ND 2300 does show up as 'Removable Disk' in the 'My Computer' window. I get the same symptom over and over. What am I doing wrong?
