SanDisk 8GB Extreme III SDHC

Will the transfer speeds be the same to the disk???

What will the average transfer rate be for these cards???

For Extreme III CF : Approx 16MB/s
For Extreme III SDHC : Approx 18MB/s
With Extreme IV CF : Approx 26MB/s
