Is it Nexto ND-2700 got any Hard Drive compatibility problem? just like the other version?

NO.
You can use any SATA hard disk to ND2700. No compatibility issue at Nexto-eXtreme.
But be sure, ND2700 does not support traditional PATA(or IDE) hard drive.
