Following model might not work with new iMac or Mac Book through USB connection because of power compatibility issue.
- NVS2501 / NVS1501 / NVS2525
- ND2730

If you experience this problem, connect power adapter to the unit before connect MAC through USB.
Then Nexto will be detected at the MAC through USB connection.

1. Connect wall power adapter to Nexto
2. Connect Nexto with MAC through USB cable.
3. Power on Nexto.
